Map Notes in Map Viewer (not classic)

Question

How do I create a map note in map viewer similar to the ones used in the classic version? I used to create a map note with a url and image. How can I do this in map viewer?

Sketch features support pop-ups, so you can add images, formatted text, etc.

In Map Viewer, Map Notes are referred to as Sketches.  Please see Note this: Sketching now available in Map Viewer.
Here is an example of creating a polygon:
