The raster to polyline tool creates squares even with the option "SIMPLIFY". The raster file used was integer raster. Is there a tool to create one line out of it this squares?
After you run the Raster to Polyline GP tool, you could then run the Smooth Line (Cartography) GP tool on the output of the first GP tool to get a more smooth line.
