I would like to submit a request to have the LayerList turn on Parent Layers when a sub layer of an item is turned on. It seems it would reduce the number of clicks by the user to have this enabled.
We at the Greater London Authority would certainly second this, the ability for parent layers to be automated selected if a child is ticked would seem a logically/expected behaviour for users. Manually selecting all parents within a hierarchy can be time consuming and not intuitive.
