Tool to register Global ID field

Question

Is there any tool available in ArcMap which can register a GUID field as GLOBALID Field? If yes which tool is that?

Thanks Dan for the suggestion. But my question is

I have one GUID type field in my feature class, I want to register this field as Global ID. How i can do this using ArcMap tool?

Through ArcObject I can do this.

In ArcGIS Pro there is an

Add Global IDs—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop

so I suspect the tool is in the same location in arcmap, if that is what you mean by 'register'
