I have a student using a Mac for online ArcGIS course training and they are signed into our organizational account. They tried to complete the AGO Basics course and can start the training but they get stuck and cannot advance to the second step - the navigation buttons do not work and the course looks like an older version when I compared it to another student's view. I am not sure what is going on; I am having the student update their computer.
