Installing a tick box filter/query in ExperienceBuilder

Question

Hi, I wonder if it is possible to install a tick box type filter/query in EB? For example, similar to a powerbi filter where there is a list of towns and the user ticks a box to show all records associated with that town in the list below, and that the map would zoom to the extent of these selected records?

Currently, the OOTB widget does not have that. See a similar post here:

You may want to try using a custom-developed widget for now.
