In ArcGIS Online we have a Feature Layer that we use regularly that no longer contains any records.no changes or deletions have been made.Is it possible to restore data to a specific date?

Do you have any Python scripts that run which may have truncated this layer or has anyone tried to overwrite the layer either from ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro when the process was interupted?
