I have a survey with the related table when I want to edit the record through the data tab the related records disappear Any one faced this issue
Then my guess is some type of issue with relevant or repeat count. Post the form is the only way to see.

Yes the bind::esri:parameters is query allowUpdates=true
First thing I check is on the begin repeat line in the bind::esri:parameters column do you have this there query allowUpdates=true
