Error Message in Directions widget in Experience Builder

I am receiving the error message "Cannot load route service. This may be due to the service not being accessible." on the Directions Widget in Experience Builder. I have set up my widget similarly to the widget in WebApp Builder and have no issues with that widget or the map in that app.
