Hi, I need to submit my survey for IRB approval and they require a PDF copy of our survey. Is it possible to export a PDF copy of our survey that shows our questions/and question choices?
To answer your question, 'no' you cant just "generate a report" unfortunately. But then that makes sense if you have a lot of dynamic content.
The easiest solution may be to set up a Feature Report dedicated for uploading to regulators that doesn't have any hidden fields.
I have this same issue. Our H&S program is digitized now with S123. It works amazing, and auditors are blown away by how integrated it all is... But regulatory sites still require old paper forms to verify that we still do safety stuff (it's a very frustrating and antiquated system). Our solution is more of a patch. We either just upload our old "paper" forms that no one technically uses any more, or we generate a "blank" report in S123 and upload that. By "blank" report, I mean you need to enter dummy info into required fields. I haven't taken the time to create a special Feature Report just for regulatory sites so they get the 'normal' output.
