Old S123 Registry settings

We are having IT scan our network PCs for old installations of S123 in an effort to get everyone using the Microsoft Store version of the app. An issue that we have encountered is that some people have old registry settings form the standalone installer that are creating "false positives". Has anyone dealt with this before?
