Use Cases

Does ArcGIS Solutions provide any Use Cases for using their solutions.  My Park & Rec guy wants a tree application but from my understanding they don't really have any formal processes or workflows for managing their process (with or without technology.)  It would be good for me to help define those use cases in conjunction with implementing the solution, otherwise, they will sporadically use it and not really know what they are doing or get lost and frustrated.

Our Use documentation may be helpful. That provides step by step instructions for each information product included in the Tree Management Solution from the end user's perspective.
