Extract user full name from editor tracking info in separate field in attribute table

I'm using ArcGIS Pro to publish editable feature layers used by field workers in Field Maps. Users would like the full name of their colleagues to show up beside the user name listed in created by and edited by fields (in separate field). The full name of each user is listed in the portal but how can I extract them based on the user name?
