ArcPro not connecting to Enterprise organization catalogue

Hi Team,

When I connect to our Enterprise Portal I have all the options from the catalogue. My Content, Favorites, groups and Organization. However when my collogue connects he no longer has the organization option.

Has anyone else had this issue and can direct me to a solution?

We run 2.7.1 Arc pro and 10.2 Enterprise

I have attached a screen shot of each.
