The issue with ArcGIS Online is that when trying to share a feature layer to the public, the option to do so is grayed out with the caption "Share level options are limited on certain types". I am trying to share a web map that I created with feature layers that I generated by uploading four geojson files to ArcGIS. The map is working. The only issue I am having is that I cannot upload the feature layers to the public.

It seems like this person is having a similar problem as early as a week ago and was able to find a workaround for their use case, but even after finding their solution they still were not able to upload their maps to the public:
This issue is also impacting all of my feature layers. A few weeks ago I had no problem publishing things to the public, now the option is grayed out on every feature layer. The FL are shared to the public, still are public, but if I take make them organization or owner only I can't make them public again.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
