INSPIRE Service Simplification - new metadata distribution protocol values

The ArcGIS tutorial, How To Publish and Share Streamlined INSPIRE Data and Services, has been updated to reflect approved protocol values for service level simplification. The values that will be considered as valid in the INSPIRE Reference Validator are presented in the table below:
