Cannot run model created by coworker

My coworker created a model to merge and clip a number of .tif images. She is able to run it without problems. I've created my own Pro project and added the toolbox that contains the model. Most of the time when I open the model to enter the parameters Pro just freezes up. The few times I was able to start the model it returned the attached error. We are using Pro v2.6.0
