We are wanting to upgrade our ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 from VM Windows Server 2008 machine to Windows Server 2012 R2. Can this be done by just an upgrade, or do we have to create a new VM? Thanks, Barbara
We just did an inplace upgrade on a Hyper-V machine from Windows Server 2008 R2 SP2 to Windows Server 2012 R2.
We are currently on ArcGIS Server 10.2.2, but it handled the upgrade with no issues.
