Impossible de connecter Organization avec My Esri

J'ai un problème pour connecter My Esri avec Organization. J'ai le rôle d'administrateur et le type d'utilisateur GIS Professional Advanced.<\/P> Lorsque je me connecte à My Esri, j'obtiens :<\/P> <\/span><\/P> <\/P>Q1:<\/STRONG> Comment envoyer une invitation de Organization vers My Esri ?<\/P> <\/P>Et quand je vais dans Aperçu > Connected Organizations, j'obtiens ceci<\/SPAN><\/P><\/span><\/P> <\/P>Q2:<\/STRONG> Comment connecter Organization à My Esri ?<\/P> <\/P>J'ai terminé les cours en ligne My Esri 101<\/A> et Introduction to My Esri Administration<\/A> pour mieux comprendre et apprendre à utiliser My Esri.<\/P> <\/span><\/P>Q3:<\/STRONG> Je ne vois pas "Connect to My Esri" sur la page My Esri. Pourquoi ne le vois-je pas ? Ai-je fait quelque chose de mal ?<\/P> <\/P>Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ces problèmes ?<\/P>Merci !<\/P>

In the first screenshot you posted, My Esri is offering you the instructions on what you need to do to get an invitation. My Esri detected that you are outside the US, so you are prompted to contact your distributor. If you click on the link provided ("contact your distributor"), you should be taken to the esri.com page of your distributor, which lists the ways you can contact your distributor.

If you don't see the information when you click on the link, go to this page: https://www.esri.com/en-us/contact#c=us&t=0

And in the search box called "Not the office you’re looking for?" enter your country's name, and you'll be able to access its contact resource list.
