ArcGIS Pro- Layouts- Add Lock Element Option to Right Click Menu

Hi ArcGIS Pro Team,

Please consider adding the Lock/Unlock option to the element's right click menu in Layouts-

This would improve pro efficiency and reduce the time/number of clicks to lock an element and unlock it.

Please add the ability for-

Layer Locking from Right Click Menu:
Ability to Right Click > Lock Layout Layer : This makes it easy to quickly lock and unlock layers without needed to scroll through the TOC
