How to restore deleted markup-layer in field maps

Hey there.

My collegue accidentally deleted my markup-layer with all my points collected from 1 year 😬. Is there any possibility to restore the markups?

I already mentioned a markup-file (JSON) in this folder: ...\Android\data\com.esri.fieldmaps\files but it seems to me to be the ordinary file.

Any resolution here? My phone randomly rebooted and all of my markup layers have disappeared. They must be somewhere right
