You can take a look at this sample:  arcgis-pro-sdk-community-samples/Geometry/MultipatchBuilderEx at master · Esri/arcgis-pro-sdk-community-samples (github.com)

and search for 'Triangle'.   The sample constructs multipatch geometries from triangles.
