Favorites in Field Maps

Our group primarily works in offline mode using Field Maps. We've accumulated quite a lot 'Favorites' on individual iPads that don't synch. How can we synch these 'Favorites' or download to create a layer with them? Another user had a similar question that wasn't answered.
