Solar Photovoltaic Park Classification - Global

I am attempting to run the Solar Photovoltaic Park Classification - Global model and one of two things will happen.

1. The boundary will be created however none of the solar panels will be classified, it will be empty 

2. When I choose process as a mosaic image (As opposed to "Process all raster items separately" I get error 9999.  

I was using sentinel 2 views provided by ESRI and was using the default parameters provided in the "Use the model page"

I am running arcGIS pro 2.9

Any ideas?

This is an example of what the screen looks like when the model successfully runs without an output. 

 

I did notice that when I set the cell size to 10 in the environments tab, and then upload the model definition I get a warning label saying the model was trained on data with a cell size of 5. Does this have anything to do with my issue?
