Error while loading JS API 4.27 - (index):24 Uncaught TypeError: n.addResolvingPromise is not a function

Question

Working on moving my app from 3 to 4 (will try a previous version if possible.. not ideal) I'm getting this error

(index):24 Uncaught TypeError: n.addResolvingPromise is not a function that I can see on the browser debugger. Any idea what I could be missing?
