Not sure when this started to be an issue but our organisation name is currently hidden in our open data site, replaced by "Private organisation". It used to state our org name:
Local Wildlife Sites | Local Wildlife Sites | Sheffield City Council Open Data (arcgis.com)
Any ideas where I can find the setting to make that available again? The service the data is coming from is shared as public.

I've checked under my Profile and can only see one box relating to my profile visibility which is set to Public:

I believe this is also configured through the Content owner's profile visibility settings. Could you check this on ArcGIS Online via My Profile and ensure yours is set to public?
