Survey123 displays incorrectly when opened within ESRI Hub

I am having issue where any surveys I have added within our Hub site open with incorrect display/format. We have 4 surveys which are used within a gallery card. Each one of them opens up in same tab.

Anybody know how to fix or if this is a bug?

I would recommend raising this as a Technical Support case as it sounds like it might be a bug where appearance options are being overwritten by the ArcGIS Hub site.

If you change the appearance options of the Gallery card does the Survey appearance also change?
