I add connection to connector and sign in to survey123 website, but it didn't display the survey so that I can add it to the connector.

When I login using ArcGIS online in my other account it displayed the survey but the other arcgis online I activated using my email details did not display the survey whenever I want to add it to connection. Pleaase what can I do? The survey I want to automate is in the arcgis account I activated with my email login credentials.
