Rotate and Move Polygon based on target Polygon

I have a polygon layer of a greenhouse blueprint and a polygon layer with multiple properties that are possible sites to build the greenhouse on. Is there a way to make a script that moves the building to the location of a property and rotates the building so that it is best fit in that specified property polygon instead of having to manually move and rotate the building?
