I've uploaded the supplementary assignments, supplementary assignments data, teacher guides, and lecture slides to the book account on ArcGIS Online, here.
Additionally, these resources, plus the assignment answers are being uploaded to VitalSource, where they will be available after 8/11. You can find out more about how to access instructor resources on VitalSource here.
We are planning on uploading those materials 7/31.
