I just upgraded to Hub premium but my hub site did not create an inititaive like the other two sites I have. It also doesn't show up in the overview for initiatives. There should be a third here. It also doesn't show up under anyone as the owner. I can only access the site by going to the item in arcgis online and clicking configure
