History of a Rest Service

Is there a way to view the history of a rest service in Enterprise without having access to the physical server? I'm looking for audit type information over time.  When & Who created the service, What changes have been made to the service and by whom (sharing, settings, etc.). 

We are currently running Enterprise 10.8.1

Greetings @MJune,

There is a mechanism for doing what you want for ArcGIS Online. The procedure is described in the article by @KellyGerrow titled Find out what a user has been doing in your organization. However, there appears that the history option is not available in ArcGIS Enterprise at this point in time.  Maybe something you might want to suggest in the ArcGIS Ideas portal, perhaps?
