ArcGIS GeoEvent result counting

Hello,

I've a challenge that I need to give an Alert only if the count of the intersected events with my fencing zone is greater than a fixed number let's say 10.
I could give alert easily when events intersect with my restricted zones but the challenge is how to control this alert to be alerted only if the count of these events exceeded the fixed number (10).
