ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes Licensing

Curious if there are any plans to offer different license models for ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes. Maybe some sort of development/prototype license that doesn't scale but still provides the benefits of a containerized deployment? Very interested in using ArcGIS on Kubernetes but the cost is prohibitive at the moment.
