How to format the items and labels in an inline gallery xaml file

I've created a new inline gallery for my addin but I don't know how to format the items and labels. I'd like to reduce the text slightly and only have it wrap on two lines. Also, to have the labels justified at centre horizontally and vertically. Ignore the PDF icons 🙂 I'm guessing this is done in the xaml and not the gallery.cs file? I've based the addin using pretty much the same logic as the Esri sample - arcgis-pro-sdk-community-samples/Framework/ConfigureGallery at master · Esri/arcgis-pro-sdk-community-samples · GitHub
