Custom widgets not showing up in Experience Builder Developer

After installing the developer version of Experience Builder Developer, adding the custom widgets available at https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-experience-builder-sdk-resources (to the your-extensions folder), and starting the server for the client folder (npm ci), I still don't see these widgets. I still just have the default widgets available in the online version. Anything I'm missing?
