Are ArcGIS runtime sdk provide us a fullfledge map like google map or we have to create our own map and acces it through runtime sdk?

could you please confirm that I can access routing services from the free developer account, by using the following routing service URL in my Android application while I am using ArcGIS runtime sdk for Java:
"https://route-api.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/Route/NAServer/Route_World"

Yes, all of the ArcGIS Maps SDKs, including the Maps SDK for Java, include multiple basemap layers options to use in applications. You can browse some of the available ones in our Change basemap sample on Github, and you can learn more about basemap layers on our developers documentation website.
We've also recently released a beta of the Basemap styles service (v2) that might of interest.
