Where is collector for windows phones?

I have a windows 10 phone.

There is no collector in the windows store.

Where is it?

Hi Eugene-

At this time we don't have a version of Collector available for Windows 10 Mobile.  This is something we're continuing to evaluate moving forward.  You can keep track of upcoming development work here on our doc page: Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS.

Its unfortunately not available for windows phone OS, just for windows 10, so you need to have laptop or a tablet to use it. Esri promised to add windows phone version soon, so we just need to hope it will be really soon.
