Survey 123 copy survey

I am very new still in using Survey 123.  I have made a survey and published it.  Now I need to make a new copy and when I do this and feel I have done everything right, it will not run.

I know this must just be something simple and am hoping for some guidance here.

How are you copying it? If you try to copy and past the excel file you will run into issues. You can save a copy from the the Connect app by click on the 3 dots.
