hi
I'm currently using VRP for logistical routing needs, but when running it shows the error "Rtg_SaveVrp : 'UtcUtil_ToEpoch' failed because parameter 1 is not allowed to be null" on the web. I'm having trouble finding those parameters when running vrp on desktop. Did I miss something?. Please help, thank you

Can you provide additional details about how you are using the VRP solver such as in ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap based on your own network dataset? Or using the VRP service published to ArcGIS Enterprise or a VRP service from ArcGIS Online?
Can you also provide the the parameters you are specifying to run the VRP analysis?
