I have a series of roads that have measurements along them called chainages. These run in different directions depending on the street. I have a line which had centreline and road name and a point layer that has chainage and road name. How can I input on the map from a table of events in csv. (which contain road name and chainage) to map out the construction events to all the roads. I have tried using linear referencing tools to do this and nor been successful thus far.
