I would like to know if there is a pdf reader widget.

May I ask why you would want to view a PDF inside widget, from my own experience of trying to put a pdf help file into a widget it becomes to small to be useful. You are better off just opening up the pdf into a new browser, or use Roberts link widget to open it from an icon in the header:

I found a pdf reader component that feature of :

View any PDF document
Include text extraction in PDF document
Rasterize the vector objects to a new image
Save and print PDF as you wish
Create Windows PDF Viewer
Create Online PDF Viewer
Convert PDF document to other formats supported
Process PDF documents
And pdf converter appended. hope it meets your requirments.
