I am putting in a traverse to move some parcels. Do I need to keep the line that would technically be the other parcel line but are at the same place? Or can I get rid of the old and make the new line I created be the west line of one parcel and the east line of the parcel next to it? Simply stated should each polygon line have 2 attributes?
The question is not very clear to me... but if you have bad data I would recommend deleting it and creating it properly from the legal record.
