Improve Print Functionality

In the new Map Viewer, when printing a layout, it would be useful to have some additional features:

Update Current Settings

Control over date formatting (i.e. DD-MM-YYYY, or March 24th, 2022, etc.)
Information on what units the scale bar is using, and options to change it

New Stuff

Upload for a small image/logo
A Subtitle field
Option to automatically download files when exporting is complete
Option to save exported files to AGOL

Org Settings

Ability to control these settings at an organizational level, such as setting default or restricted options
- This would allow non-GIS professional users to print basic maps while allowing GIS admins a level of quality control.
