How to display multiple related record inspections in Survey123 Feature Report?

Hello everybody,

We are trying to display both the "Current Fixture Count" which works will pull in the values fine by selecting which records before generating report. We want to also reference the 1st inspection related record ( previous fixture count) or in future case the 2nd to last record. Is this possible to do for feature report? Right now we just put 0's for previous fixture count for everything else to function properly until we figured it out.
