I am trying to use this feature service: http://services.arcgis.com/NSRv9fSjyKcxG5MN/arcgis/rest/services/Colorado_Camping_Trails/FeatureServer/6
with a web map for use with Collector. I would like to be able to enable offline mode. Is there any way I can enable offline for this service?

If you do not own the service you cannot enable sync on the service. If you do own the service you can go to the item detail page for the service click edit and enable sync at the bottom of the page.
