MokhtarDJ - in your other Esri Community post, I described one workflow that would work.  As Josh mentioned, there are many other ways to do so.  Just need details to provide the best solution.

Your question is pretty vague; could you give more details?

There are lots of ways to keep data up-to-date with its original source, but so much will depend on the source in question, how you're using it, etc.
