Installation error while installing Application Builder

Hello...

I keep getting this error while trying to install Application Builder on Windows 7 64bit.

"The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author."

I have downloaded it twice and still get the same error.  I also tried on a different computer.  I suspect it's an issue with the 64bit but would like some input.

The link worked.  Even though Adobe Air originally installed with no problems I reinstalled it using compatibility settings of Windows XP SP3.  I then also changed the compatibility of C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0\Adobe AIR Application Installer.exe to Windows XP SP3.  I also set the checkbox to "The program requires additional permissions" so that it would immediately ask for the administrator account info because it wasn't automatically popping up.  That fixed it.
