Using viewshed or visibility with obstructions from multipatch features

So i have been using the Interactive viewshed tool at it has been working wonders - but i cant use the information i get from further in my analysis.

So my map has observerpoints and some multipatch features that the tool works great with, but when i want to save the feature i dont get a raster or a polygon file - i only get an observer point? I get the viewshed with areas visible and not.

Is there anyway i can transform this data or any other ways i can do an analysis with observerpoints on an DEM with several obstacles (multipatch)?
