Question on Net Migration Dashboard using USPS change of address data

Hi I happened to land on a dashboard showing a map and interesting stats on US migration patters. It states the use of USPS address change data from March 2020. but does not give any other information such as the time period the map/charts refer to, and how often the maps and data are updated. Would anyone be able to provide light on the time period and frequency of updates to this map? Or is this a one time exercise. If so, again what time period does it cover?
